The Banh Mi - Edinburgh

Friendly owner who made us some delicious sandwiches. the tofu had a beautiful taste and texture, and the sauces delivered a beautiful dressing next to the fresh crumbles. they enjoy the avocado summer rolls with the peanut sauce, and they also had a few chocolate cups that were delicious bite size desserts.

Loved how fresh and delish everything was! No Kimchi, but many vegan options. I like to build my own train mi!

Two different set vegan options or you can create your own with the different other toppings. I never had Banh Mi before, but absolutely loved it and they definitely implemented me! Will come back to everyone visiting Edinburgh.

My friend and I visited the Bánh Mì Bar for lunch. There are a few seats inside and fortunately when we went it was not too busy so we managed to grab some! The bánh mì is freshly prepared on the counter, the flavors were really beautiful and fresh. The marinated tofu had a nice taste and the edamame bean cake was so delicious. I also loved picky vegetables! However, I was mildly disappointed that they ran out of vegan bacon jam, but I was still happy with my sandwich. The only drawback is that they have only 2 vegan options, but to be fair, their menu is not huge anyway, as the place is small and everything is fresh. I would definitely recommend for a fresh sandwich!
