Taqueria La Mexicana - Edinburg

Eating is good, but the portions seem quite small for the prices, at least for taking out anyway (I did not try to eat.) I went to other places that calculate the same with the same quality / taste of food and much more food. would not be 5 for this discrepancy.

Tacos and tostadas are really good.. however I did 4 stars because the beans were just water!.... my kids loved the potato and is not expensive.. they have Mexican Coca-Cola, and Joya (peach and pineapple)..

The food was really good tasting and the price was affordable. I tried the special of the day is different everyday for $6.99) not bad at all.

Not knowing the area and reading some comments, I must say I was prepared for the worse. Surprisingly this wasn't a disappointment, I ordered the Tacos Auténticos in corn tortilla. Tacos were well served with extra tortillas and tasted good, the outstanding here was the red sauce. It make the taco a great taco!!! So far it was a good meal.

Well the tacos were good but we waited quite some time, and it was extremely overpriced for what it was. It was about $4 too for a drink and they were out of pineapple and the lemonade that they gave me was basically water and sugar. The beans weren't good either. Plus I wasn't informed of a credit card charge so that was already extra on top of that . Very overpriced so I won't be coming back
