Subway - Eden Prairie

I can't complain, I love ordering subs here and the service is fantastic.

Excellent service, but this place must experience a personal shortage! the gentleman who helped me this afternoon was extremely friendly and delivered first-class customer service, but he was all of himself during the midday! I noticed that timer and alarms were repeatedly wagging so that he tried to balance fresh inventory with the production of subs, cleaning and controlling people in register. Unfortunately, some customers grew impatient and were rude for this employee. I was so impressed by the composure and professionalism of this manne that I left a generous tipp and had to write this critique!

I’m literally at the subway now and they have the sign up “we’ll be back in 5 minutes” but it’s been 10… tell your workers to stay at the job. Ridiculous ?

I went here for order pickup and the experience was nice. The gentleman preparing sandwiches had an eye for detail and very efficient. Forgot to get his name, Thank you.

One the food is normally good; but idk why they got rid of the roast beef. Service is horrible. Blonde; young white woman with glasses today should be doing anything else besides make sandwiches. She is slow and sloppy and kept talking to her coworker and ultimately just stopped making my sandwich. I was the only one in line; and im normally never in a rush but she took almost 30 min to make a blt.
