Starbucks - Eden Prairie

Love the people who work here. They always make my drinks correct and have the best suggestions for new drinks.

Location is extremely efficient. There isn't a drive through but staff get you in and out in less than 5 mins (depending on the order)Spaces to meet, has the starbucks feel, lighting isn't an issue. Very pleased with my visit.

Coffee was normal. but the hired man was loudly under her mask that they were under occupation on the black Friday. at this time there were only 20 max in shop and maybe 6 people in the line. it killed the atmosphere. food: 3/5

Very good place to read a book. warm fireplace in winter. perfect dimming and golden lights on the evenings.

I brought my own mug. I went home to stir sirup. it was green! I ordered an icy latte with whip. I had to go all the way back to the load. I told them I didn't get the drink I ordered. they just wanted to apologize for my drink. I asked her for a $4 card for my inconvenience. they were not busy, were busy talking. very unimpressed with their customer service!
