We ordered there today, but what happened to us today is absolutely unacceptable. I was a regular customer there myself; we ordered there every weekend. Today we dropped our salad on the way home. I called them and apologized SEVERAL TIMES for the late interruption and explained that we dropped our salad. I asked if it would be okay if they made me a new one, which I would then get straight away (10:30 p.m. and of course pay for it. Came as a stroppy answer simply “for once” It was 10:30 p.m. I thanked him and said again that of course I would pay for it, then the answer came: “Of course you pay for it yourself, it's not our fault that you dropped the salad.” I haven't experienced anything so outrageous in a long time, I WAS a regular customer there . The customer is king, they could have made a salad for free as a gesture of goodwill since they know me, I order often and always tip well! It wasn't a problem that I had to pay it again, but the sound plays the music, in our eyes an impudence and a no-go in a catering company. Friendly is different!
