Bidrage med feedbackI have visited this restaurant a few times and enjoyed the food. It is never crowded so you can get your order quickly. Definitely worth a visit.
We popped in for an impromptu meal after a long day at the races. It was late ish. About 9pm. The owners were most inviting as we were obviously the last to leave. Started with three entrees amongst 7 adults. Then mains which included Soft shell Crab with Curry, the best. Massaman beef, Red Duck Curry and cashew nut veggie dish. Could not fault any dish. All went well with a few bottles of Aramis Adelaide Hills Sav Blanc. We left feel very satisfied. Worth a revisit...definitely.
We visited Thai Meric at Eastwood for dinner with friends. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The range of food in the menu offered good choice. The restaurant layout is fairly basic, but a good place to have dinner or eat with friends. I can endorse and recommend this restaurant.
The menu at Thai Meric offers a wide variety of options. I ordered takeout and it arrived promptly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. With so many other excellent Thai restaurants in the area, I will not be dining at Thai Meric again.
My wife and I went to this restaurant for dinner during the week and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options on the menu. They offered some dishes that we had not seen at other Thai restaurants before. We tried a stir-fry and a scallop dish, but found them to be fairly average with a watery sauce. The fried rice, however, was delicious. Perhaps we just didn't choose the best dishes or maybe the chef was having an off day. There are other Thai restaurants nearby that we have enjoyed more, so we probably won't be rushing back to this one. The restaurant allows you to bring your own alcohol and the service was okay.
