Whatever you are doing now is not right. You used to be the best, but now the quality has severely declined. The madras was watery and the king prawns were cut in half. It's a shame to see that you have lost your touch.

I ordered two Indian meals for delivery from this restaurant at a cost of £35.95. Unfortunately, when we started eating, we found that the meals had no flavor at all. They were so bland that we couldn't even identify the tastes. When I called to provide feedback, the person who answered the phone was dismissive and refused to accept our feedback. Good luck with your business, but that was the worst takeaway I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately this restaurant is unable to cope under pressure. We arrived at 6.30 but the volume of takeaway orders meant that we were low on their priorities so an hour and a half later not having received our main course we decided to have them box it up so that we could save it for later as we had another appointment to go to. Their ability to manage customer expectations is sadly lacking. The manager refused to come out to address our concerns as we along with others left before our meal was completed. Maybe this was a one off but after speaking to other people this seems to be a common occurrence. Regards Hawksworth Eagle

I went to this restaurant on a Thursday night with a friend without a reservation. It wasn't crowded at all, which was a shame because it's a lovely place. The staff were all very friendly. We decided to try their 4-course meal for £12.95. Our drinks arrived promptly, as did our food. I really enjoy Indian food and this meal did not disappoint. My friend couldn't finish all of her meal, but they kindly offered to pack it up for her to take home without us even asking. I will definitely consider going back. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.

The delivery service is always on time , our delivery driver is second to none for helpfulness and friendliness . always polite... thanks saffron for lovely Indian cuisine brought to our home.. gorgeous...
