Bebo - East Hertfordshire

The service at this restaurant is commendable, especially considering how busy it was. The staff works hard to ensure a smooth experience. They easily rectify any mistakes made when ordering quickly and without charging any extra costs. The breakfast here is also delicious.

The food was OK when it arrived. The experience here was spoilt by smokers outside (possibly staff) with the door open wafting cigarette smoke into the restaurant.

Popped in after stated closing hours for a tea. The chap was more happy to serve me even though they were officially closed. Things like this are appreciated and stick in the memory for any future visits. Thanks.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times with my daughter and her one-year-old son. Today, we went for lunch and ordered my grandson a children's cheese sandwich. It arrived as half a sandwich with a few crisps. We were surprised as we remembered receiving a whole sandwich with cucumber in the past. We also did not receive any napkins. The waitress brought back a few pieces of cucumber on the plate but insisted that this was the correct portion. One slice of bread with a thin piece of cheese seemed like a rip-off to me. Sadly, we used to enjoy our visits to Bebo but will be dining elsewhere in the future.

Very slow and very rude staff. Staff argued with me something l didn't order and she's refusing to take it back she's telling me lm vaisting to the food.
