Cheeks Chicken Waffles - East Hartford

I've ordered now three times using door dash. The food is good. I recommend the chicken tenders they're very tasty. My only problem is with quantity. I ordered a 5 piece tender I was given four pieces. I ordered a large macaroni and cheese bite I was given a small. 1 sauce comes with the tenders and I asked for an extra and paid for it. I was only given one sauce so in total I was ripped off for about $5. $2 for the tender, $0.50 for the sauce, $2.50 for the macaroni and cheese bites. I hate not getting what I ordered, however, the food is good so I'm just going to give it three stars and leave it to the chicken gods will.

All right, I went back there before I left town. Everything was absolutely amazing. Can wait to go back there in two years.

Very friendly atmosphere, great customer service , and amazing food. Under new management and ownership. Cozy place and definitely a place to hang out for a drink and good meal. Place always seems clean and the staff are always friendly and actually talk with you. Food does not take long. Love the fact that they have real natural chicken. If you havent been, you dont know what you are missing.

Food was delicious and I didn't have to wait long at all. Customer service is awesome there. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice and cozy atmosphere. The new management is a 10

Food was good but they should double check the orders I ordered two chicken deluxe one was missing the lettuce tomatoes and had sauce n cheese only ,not a big deal but when it’s advertised as such you should receive what’s advertised
