Smokehouse Country Grill - East Ellijay

The pulled pork was absolutely delicious. It was obvious that a lot of time was put into smoking it. The biscuits, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw and fried okra were all very good, old fashioned home cooking. Most definitely worth the drive to come over here from Chatsworth. If you live in Ellijay and haven't tried this place you really don't know what you're missing. The price was very reasonable and the desserts were mouth watering! Great restaurant: very friendly staff, WONDERFUL food, and nice relaxing homey atmosphere.

If you haven’t been here GO. This is the best BBQ you will find in North Ga.The best food service you will find anywhere. The pulled pork is excellent along with the homemade sauce.We will be back often and intend to try the whole menu.

The food is amazing from the mouthwatering smell of the smoked meat as you walk in, to the delicious homemade Italian Creme cake. I am extremely picky about my potato salad. I only eat mine or my grandmother's. The waitress let us sample a taste and it was REALLY good. We both had the pulled pork (which I might add did not need a bit of sauce) and two sides but the portions were so big we shared everything. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing so go check them out you won't regret it!

Very very good food, service a super nice staff. Try it once you will certainly return for more good food! Highly recommend!!

This place was awesome. Great people, good environment. Food was the best I have ate around Ellijay. I have a family of 6 and we all ate for under $50.00
