I was pleasantly surprised to see the negative reviews about the server at this tea shop, as our experience was fantastic. Perhaps the rude lady wasn't working on the day we visited! I loved the unique charm of the vintage china teacups, milk jugs, and teapots, as well as the delicious scones, cream, and jam. I can't fault it. Both ladies working that day were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, making our experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic little apartment! amazing creamtee! my son enjoyed the toast and jam so much we bought some jam and went to the local baker from which they give the brot to make something home! will definitely return when I am back in devon! the personal is incredibly friendly and welcoming! cannot recommend enough!

Lovely busy tea shop with a varied menu. We all had something different. They even happily adapted a meal for one of us. Would definitely return. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
