Customer service can be better. This seems like the only franchise that just can't give get service

Just close it down... everytime I come here it's a problem... instead of being inside working the entire crew was outside and the window person answered from outside saying they couldn't take any orders

Every single time I come up here they can’t take orders. They only doing door dash or they take forever to tell you they can’t place your order. And then they be closed earlier than what it’s said on Google. Don’t come here bc atp they either need a new crew or a new location.

The fries is always hard the drinks are watery the customer service is very poor they rude in disrespectful the bite box was so hard it broke my tooth off I can’t do it never again

They're in a rough area and they lack staff and resources. But, I was treated well and my food was good in the Rally's tradition.
