Bidrage med feedbackWe reserved a table for two 4 days in advance. in a rather large, empty restaurant, but for two more diners. we asked to sit on a random table on the side of the room, but were pointed out that all these 4 people. tables for 4’s were reserved. the greeting said our table is reserved for us in the middle of the room. then we sat on a shaky table with passages on both sides so tight that the people brush us while passing. Although they later asked us if we wanted to move, we did not feel like a cheat again. we then saw other parties of two give and take all the tables that they seemed to want and even change from place to place to place according to desire. we left after starters with the mood of our night pampered. never back. the food was average. so many better options in montreal.
Friendly, hospitable staff and eat, which sets a very high bar. I hope to come back for another meal soon!
Excellent ambiente . the hotel is located in an old town house on the hang of the mont royal. the dining room is cozy and good for a romantic dinner. kazamaza is a beautiful place to finish her day in montreal. they offer a standard tariff of the middle east...three at high level executed. the lamb with yogurt dress on a bed of the reis fattet mawzat) the owner leads a private import of some delicious Lebanese weeps that are very difficult to find. the service is friendly and professional. the prices are very reasonable. highly recommended .
This was by far the best take-out food I've had during ALL of the pandemic. Will definitely order again, everything was delicious. The baba ganoush was the best I've ever had!
I went with a large group of co-workers. Expectations were low so I wasn’t surprised. It was going to be one of those nights. The entrance to the restaurant is humble and you might be mistaken in thinking it’s the right place. Fortunately, the décor...inside is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. The menu offers many choices in tapas servings. 3 for $20, 6 for $35) I shared lamb chops $5 each), sausages and okra. I also got to taste the baba ghanoush and hummus. All of these dishes were average, while the lamb chops were the worst. I was hoping for tender, juicy lamb but instead, the meat was dry, tough and chewy. The makanek sausages were the best dish of the night, but that isn’t saying much because there was no distinctive flavour. As for the bamié okra, it was served cold, which I didn’t like, and it was bland. I could have been eating zucchini or eggplant or… On the other hand, the baba ghanoush and hummus both had flavour but it was bitter, earthy and smoky too much tahini), so not pleasing to the palate. All in all, the food was just average, however, the prices were above average. I would recommend trying other Middle Eastern restaurants in the city.
