I have visited this restaurant a few times. The interior is a bit humid and the staff are a bit careless. The highlight is the open kitchen where you can see the food being cooked. The pizza is delicious. I would recommend this place to others. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere are all rated 5 out of 5 stars. What a unique place this is! We have always ordered pizza from here and enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere with several paintings on the walls. However, today was the final straw. The delivery was extremely delayed and when I called to inquire, I was met with confusion and disorganization. The pizza arrived cold and when I called the hotline, I was told a new one would be delivered in an hour and a half. This level of service is unacceptable and I hope they improve their operations soon. I have never experienced such chaos and lack of professionalism in a restaurant before. It's a shame because the food is actually quite good.

Müll. we made an order at 12.00 so that everything would be brought at 19.00 a.m. at 19.50, they began to assure me that in 15 minutes the healing would be there (before they answered twice the same way, then the operator stopped the phone, I had to call from another number) but that is not sure! what will happen! the birthday is ruined. Many thanks, it will never be a single order in this lopownic. they leave their 30% discount for themselves. decent companies bring them for such jambs free! they appreciate their names.

We stood on the counter for 20 minutes, no one came up, they run like cockroaches, everyone is kind of busy, I tried to find out something, there was no understandable answer. I went outside and ordered pizza by phone, picked up, nobody even called back. which service is that? the tables are occupied by youths who have ordered nothing, there is no space. a terrible place
