Mcdonald's - Dyersville

Well, it's McDonald's, so we all know what to expect, right? However, I had a pleasant surprise thanks to the polite young woman working the counter on March 1st around 3:00. She was extremely cheerful and efficient, and I genuinely think she deserves a raise. The food was fresh, and while it's still McDonald's, this was one of the best experiences I've had there.

We had a fantastic experience today at the restaurant. A lovely lady, I believe her name was Michelle, truly went above and beyond for us. Despite being busy with two large orders, she took the time to accommodate a special request. My son noticed that one of the Lightyear toys featured a kitty, and he was really hoping to get it. Unfortunately, when he opened his Happy Meal, it wasn't there. After a tough day in childcare followed by a teenage ball game, he was feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of a meltdown. This wonderful lady went out of her way to check for the specific toy and brought one out for him—and even one for his sister! It really made my little boy, who is autistic, so happy, and he hasn't put down the toy since. Thank you for creating such a memorable moment for us after dinner!

I visited the wing drive-thru at 9:58 PM, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The staff member who assisted us was wonderful. There were five of us in the car, and he was very patient while I placed our order. When he brought our food to us, he was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

It's a well-run McDonald's. The staff is friendly and the food was hot. The staff brought my food to a nice touch.
