Bidrage med feedbackThe lady who took our order was very friendly, even if it took a few minutes to get our order, she didn't delay answer yet she just say I'm going with u in a minute she explained that it was a few minutes and never sounded as if she were overwhelmed, she would even come back to the speaker and let us know what the line holds and assured us that we would get nothing less than her best. I wish I could remember her name Darn, maybe it will come to me when I edit it, because this lady deserves an increase at least; the way she put under pressure she deserves a promotion!!!!
If all other food chains are struggling to have a good customer service and courtesy and fast servers, Arby seems to be up. Always love me some Arby's and appreciate the hectic to get me through the line in a reasonable time. Thank you.
I personally have never had an issue with the Arby's in Dyersburg or anywhere I've went. I love the roast beef, the sliders and I'm a huge fan of their curly fries. But mostly I want to say that the employees there have never been rude, my wait time has never been outrageous, and I've had an overall pleasant experience everytime I've eaten there. I'm gonna give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 just because it's so hard to find good help these days, and they seem to have done that!
The lady who served us Ms. Lolita at Dyersburg, TN Arby's was the sweetest and kindest person we have the pleasure to meet and serve us. You need a LOT more employees like her. Loved the visit there and definitely will be back!! We were there 02/26/22 @7:56:35 pm. Great job Ms. LOLITA !!
I needed a brief break during a long drive, and Arby's caught my eye. Krista, the friendly employee, assisted me in navigating the menu. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was professional and efficient. It turned out to be a great choice. I was glad I stopped in!
