EVERYTHING is fresh to order! We had the shrimps? Boy's sandwich? The shrimps were golden crunchy and NOT greasy. We also had the 1 2 pound fried shrimps and we were impressed because it was so easy to bake that you could really taste and enjoy the good taste of the shrimps. One would think that one side of spaghetti would be just fine....but she makes her own sauce and it was by far a really delicious spaghetti sauce! We're stuck around trying the ribs... drop out of the bone baby back ribs and her homemade BBQ sauce is really just perfect...sweet tangie! Give the Savory try it! They are now open on Sundays, but closed on Mondays.

On 12/9 the woman and I passed to support the family and we were pleasantly happy that we did. The food was cooked when the staff was ordered great. I'll be back and I suggest you make your way to the Savory Spot. GREAT JOB!!!

I was a few times and I loved every meal I ordered. I had the Golden Fried Shrimp with Mac N? Cheese and a baked sweet potato. I also had the Mo?s Catfish Po Boy Sandwich with Mac N? Cheese and Pommes. The service was also great. I'll go back.

Absolutely stunning food. My friend had the Shrimp Po'Boy and I ordered roasted chicken with roasted greens and potatoes. The greens were just the most delicious thing I had from a restaurant, the potatoes were perfectly fluffy, and our ducks were divine. The maismuffins are cheap and a worthy addition to any meal. We will always return to support this family-run local institution. I hope they stay in the Community for a long time! Make sure to call in your order before time as this is NOT a quick place to eat. We spent about 20 minutes cooking for our food, but it was worth waiting. In the future we will surely call in our order!

Wonderful warm and friendly family restaurant. My wife had the Savory Chicken and I had the fried. Both were outstanding. The collard greens Mac and cheese were also delicious. Everything is fresh and cooked to order and you can tell. Many other choices on their menu for our next visit. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
