Mcdonald's - Durham

The dollar menu sized thin chicken was overcooked; bordering burnt. I asked for no hot sauce. I got bread and a dollar menu piece of chicken two quarter sized tomatoes and lettuce. They could have added mayonnaise or ketchup. $11 per Deluxe Spicy McCrispy Meal, and Im still hungry. Fries were good and the drink were as well. This is my honest review. Level 6 Google reviewer.

That was the worst experience. we drove the trip thru, because we are on a road and need a little fast. wrong. after ordering our food we get into the 1st window and the casser advised us of our total, which seems favorable when we ordered that we order a happy meal and 2 big mac meal. So we confirm with the cashier they are sure that this is right, he says positiw. we'll come to the second window where we'll be handed over our food. we immediately knew the order was wrong, so we ask where our other meal was. the very rude employee advised us to have to wait for them to keep the line we need to go back. for me they were all very rude and very militant and not helpful. to round it off, we ordered my daughter a child's meal a 6 piece in it and got only 3 nuggets in a 4 piece box and our pommes were so cold, so I assume that their warmer doesn't work like their ice machine. so much for $21 per hour. very disappointed and embarrassed to say that I work there if I were her. they have the worst customer service.

I don't know why I keep ordering everything from this mcdonald 's on hillsborough rd because I have problems. single. time. I went on Tuesday, 27 september 2022 at 20:30 a.m. to drive-thru, there was 1 car in front of me. I waited, waited. I never heard the car before me order something after 5 minutes she left I waited for someone to take my order and after about 2 minutes I also wait. a week later, on Wednesday, October 5th 2022 @ 1:30 am I stopped at the same place....Hoping would be better to go the lunchtime...and nope! someone took my order, but, as usual, guess what didn't work? I'm sure everyone knows...the famous ice machine isn't working! I just stopped at this place because it was on the way home. this visit was my last visit! I'm going out to eat before I ever go back to this place. I won't even go in, how bad it was, except it was terrible!

These are the WORST Mcdonalds I was at, and I was at some terrible. Every time we get here, there's always a problem. this time we were greeted by a conversation with a attitude. then it took forever to wait for our food. the lady in the second window didn't even know what we ordered. she had to ask us literally. When we got our food, it was cold. the pommes were hardly warm, as if they were warmer. train their personal or get them new employees. it is absolutely ridiculous that the lack of customer service will get them here.
