Kfc - Dunn

I got the 20 dollar deal 6 piece chicken 4 sides the sides were very small only feed 1 person I had to feed 3 biscuits that was stupid. Who was going to eat 6 pieces of chicken with four side the sides were for only one person. I will not go there again

Went in today [March 23rd]. My uncle and I got the buffet. Didn't check before getting. Everything was empty. We waited 15 minutes and still nothing. I asked for a refund. The manager said there was chicken in the back in the warmer. When I say back it was in the back by the kitchen not on the buffet. Needless to say I didn't get a refund. She kept saying they were understaffed like that made it okay. There were 12 people in line waiting to put their order in. People started walking out of the restaurant because the service was inexcusable. I will not be going back. I would have given a zero rating if I had the option.

They thought it was OK to rip us off are large fries an 8 biscuits from a 16 peice family meal not say anything didn'teven try to offer us anything else just take our an not give us wat we payed for because they only had one person work there when there was a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing instead making sure they had everything an cooked then when we ask for our money back they made us wait another 15 min I do not recommend going here until they get some new management wasted 30 minutes orour time

Welll well, KFC is at it again. A typical dinner time mess. I go to KFC usually at night time around 6 to 10pm, and some nights are usually ok, but I do be missing items occasionally and then get the wrong chicken. I prefer original over crispy and usually get all dark meat.So on 2/19, a Monday night around 7pm..I go to KFC in Dunn, and guess what? They out of chicken, and it will be a 15 min wait. I don't blame the cook or workers. I myself blame the manager or supervisor on duty cause they should have caught when the chicken was running low. This is not the first for me and I know there are others out there. I did see prior time this happened, and the new Managment Team was brought in then everything was OK. Now it's starting again. When is this going to change? Is KFC known for the original Chicken, not biscuits and vegetables, for dinner. I usually do take out and spend $30-$50 a night. Please do something. If this location needs help then by all means..Please assist them.

Food was good but wish staff would have offered the buffet before we ordered.
