Planet Chicken - Dunellen

I love Planet Chicken. Every time I'm this part of New Jersey, Planet Chicken hasto be.

Hair was found in my food and the waiter just took it away and never came back to address the issue. Then he brought the check and I asked if they were going to remove the order that had a fried hair in it and he said no. Hair accidentally ending up in your food can happen in any restaurant but how the establishment handles it is what matters. This is the second time dining here with my family where we found hair in the order. The first time I let it pass but twice and then no care from the management is ridiculous.

Jelly mix damaged seafood with a bad smell as it can serve spoiled food

Tried something new. Great lunch with sorors. Service was on point.

IT IS good but everything is declining, the food, the attention and the quantities.
