Henry's Coffee House - Dundee

Great place to sit and chill or people watch in the plaza in front of the caird hall. very reasonable prices, good coffee and light snacks like paninis and roll etc. the personal was polite, timely and well presented. toilets available for customers, although the female toilets could be viewed a bit better.

Highly recommended café! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. We ordered a scone, hot chocolate, and a vanilla latte, and they were all delicious.

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the square and has a friendly staff. It was a pleasant surprise to see a New Yorker-style bagel on the menu. However, the bagel beer was more akin to a bunny brooch flavor. Authentic bagels, which are boiled then baked, can be hard to come by, and they really should be made fresh every day.

One downside was that, during my visit on April 30th, they only accepted cash. I had only a card with me and had to return later to pay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, I must commend their customer service and the café's operating hours; while many places close around 3 PM, this one was open until 7 PM, if I remember correctly. Overall, it's a great café, and if you find yourself in Dundee, I highly recommend visiting Henry's!
