Mount Royal Market - Duluth

I love everything about this place. Deli is exceptional, sushi is fantastic and fresh, the variety of cheeses and the pre-made fresh dinners are all out of this world!

This is a great market with a large and varied selection of fresh and organic foods and other grocery items. The staff is helpful and the quality is very good. The only drawback is that it is pricier than most regular grocery stores. For me it’s worth it to shop here sometimes because it is convenient and I like the atmosphere. But if I have a large amount of items to get, I will generally go someplace cheaper.

I think Mount Royal is a great shopping experience when it comes to grocery shopping. The meat department is on point with variety, as well as the large produce section. They carry items that I am unable to find anywhere else in town, too. One thing to remember is that no carts can be brought out to the lot. If you've bought more than you are capable of carrying, you're handed a card. You bring your car right past the entrance and they'll load your car up for you. Prices are a bit higher than Super One, but I think it's worth it for the experience and quality. Plus, the sushi has some of the freshest fish, sand the rotisserie chicken is better than other places.

Love the selections that other stores in the area don't carry. Bakery is always great. They have gluten free choices. The Mortadella is wonderful.
