Mcdonald's - Dudley

I would rather drive another 2 miles to Park road McDonald's and my food would be quicker! The staff aren't bothered and when you ask them how long till you get your order they talk back rude. It's disgusting to see that there are customers who put up with this nonsense!!!

You always have to check your food at this Macdonalds for accuracy. Especially if you've ordered sauces. They nearly always leave them out. The food is never warm either. Mind you that's the same at every Macdonalds I've ever been to.

I've ordered several times from this restaurant they never manage to get the order correct. There is always at least one item missing. If you call, the staff blame Uber advise you to call them. Uber claim the bags are packed sealed before collection, which I have seen for myself. It is a consistent problem with this particular McDonalds. If you can, go elsewhere. You will not get your meal or a refund.
