Update! The day after I left this review they added temporarily closed to google. At least it will deter others hopefully they’ve blocked Open Table. Booked a table for this restaurant on 10th January 2023 for my sister and I we showed up at 3:25 for my booking at 3:30pm and the shutters were completely down we were very confused. I tried calling both restaurants and couldn’t get through as the response was ‘this mailbox is full’.. We headed on to find somewhere else (after having planned this for over a month). I later discovered after looking at Instagram, they were closed for renovations. I never received a courtesy call or email to say they’re closed. This review could have been avoided with some contact from the venue however I didn’t get this. Really a shame and a disappointment; not a way to treat customers especially ones who want to return. Strange because how can you assume someone will see your closed just by posting on Instagram?? Not even adding that you’re temporarily closed to google or contacting customers directly, it’s a real shame.

Had a booking for yesterday and arrived to find the shutters down and the restaurant closed. They weren't answering their phones and didn't have the courtesy to email and let us know they were shut. Extremely poor customer service.

Fantastic nook in Temple Bar. Came here for a meal before heading out on the town. Got the All In option, which was a generous portion of all the restaurant had to offer. The spicy slaw, homemade miso soup and dumplings are the stand out dishes. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, with good lighting and music. Would definitely come again when back in Ireland.
