Bunsen - Dublin

I have no clue how Bunsen makes a burger so insanely delicious, and I'm glad not to know because I'd be two sizes larger, if so. And I looooooove their shoestring french fries. They're basically just skinny fries, still tender in the middle, not shoestring in the American sense which are crunchy throughout. The only issue I've had is that sometimes they give us a very undercooked burger, despite asking for medium well. That didn't stop me from eating them, however... Still great. And I never got ill. But it's not ideal. I both love and hate Bunsen for being too tempting.

Great burgers but have been served chips like this more then a few times. Send pic and asked for new ones or refund. No response. Chips are not cheap here either.. would be nice to hear back from them but don’t seem to care. I’ll take my money elsewhere

A tidy but perfect menu followed up with the food you’d hoped for. Can’t fault this place except to say don’t go for the house brand beer, get any of the others. Stick to this and you’ll have a great meal.

Best burger I have tasted in Dublin in a long time. Asked for medium rare to be told that medium was the minimum they could do, but got medium rare! Flavour was fantastic. Service excellent. Plain simple.

Twilight zone experience last Saturday. Walked in to be told we should have booked and it’s too busy plus there’s no tables free although they were about 2/3. Kids really wanted to eat there so went to book a table only to be told they don’t take bookings and the place was now empty. Maybe the folks we talked to didn’t even work there
