Thar Indian Cuisine - Dubbo

On our way to get a steak we decided Indian was more appealing as we walked past this place. Don't be fooled by its unfortunate location next to real estate agent and concrete carpark - great food and genuinely great staff that actually care (they own it). And you can't normally get goat in Melbourne so this is what we ordered. Delicious!I've only had better Indian 2-3 times in my life, and I've had a few meals.

I finally went for dinner at this restaurant and it was a treat. The restaurant was clean and fresh, and the meal was full of great flavors. The service was excellent.

Family of 4 - we just dropped in, pretty full restaurant yet they were still very accommodating. Lovely, friendly service. Terrific meals. Lots of apologies for what they thought were delays due to being down a staff member (we didn't even notice). We'll be back!

From the melt in your mouth butter chicken not to mention the mouth watering mango chicken to the saffron rice one of the best Indian restaurants I've eaten at in happy husband and equally happy child goodnight out for a family of 3

My wife and I have been choosing to have Friday night Indian dinner with Thar Indian Cuisine for years. Hearty, delicious food from Thar is our favourite way to end the week. The food is perfectly prepared with tender cuts of meat and an aromatic blend of spices creating balanced, good taste. The staff are impeccable in their attention to service. Delivery is also usually a convenient option should you wish to stay in on a cold night. I recommend the beef vindaloo and garlic naan.
