Wasabi Sushi - Draper

Good: fish was very good, especially the yellowtail. bad: uni tasted. had a strong metallic taste and didn't taste fresh or sweet at all. I couldn't finish it. overall recommended, but I would avoid everything too exotic.

The first time in the inner, service is good at waiting time, and presentation is fantastic! so far best sushi in draper. we ordered super-crunch roll, sunset and Arskan roll. definitiw is this one of my favorite sushi place?

Found an amazing sushi place. we tried 3 different rolls and they were all so good. the rainbow roll, read vegas roll and the TNT roll (which comes on fire). very satisfied with eating. clean plant. convienant location also. a bit on the small side, so it can be occupied, but it is worth waiting. will come back for more.

Today was the first time I had sushi. wasabi was highly recommended and it was not disappointed. after sitting the service was fast, but it did not take off the quality. the place bounced with a line out of the door. They could probably stretch out on a larger installation and still fill every table. I will go back to try their other options. I order from the gluten-free section of the menu and there was a lot. very pleased about my experience tonight.

30 min wait at 6pm on a Sat night. Super fast delivery so including the wait we were done in an hour. Crowded but had good air circulation which has been a covid concern. Had sake sashimi as well as Coco and Montock rolls. Coco was our favorite. All fresh n tasty. Will definitely return
