Bidrage med feedbackEat okay, most normal subway ingredients are missing, and for 10 minutes, a computer voice repeated said they have a remote order all 5 seconds loop. no fault of the employees, only a company failure.
So this place just robbed me and my wife.. Did an online order for pick up. When i get there no food but i have a recipet to confirm and i made sure was right store so they still wouldnt refund my stuff they gave me a fake corporate so im out $25
One year later this post is still relevant ordered there again today and they completely screwed the veggies for both subsI feel every time I think it's ok to eat here again after months of being mad it still makes me mad. Ordering on the app so we can pick it up easy. They have forgotten cheese the last three times I've ordered. This time the basically threw the ingredients of two different subs we ordered. No one answers when you call to complain. Don't waste your money on this store.
Horrible service. It was nasty and I had to sit and listen to them complain, about their staff for 20 minutes. I wish the Dowagiac location could be trained by the Niles location. They have the same owner but, the Niles location is 100% better. It is clean, has friendly staff, always has stock of the veggies. Dowagiac needs to be re trained and Niles staff needs a raise. I will not be going back to the Dowagiac Location. On top of all that they actually have a tip jar! Who would tip with service like that.
They can't seem to follow order details this is the 3rd time they've done this, I have allergy and even noted it in the pick up info and they still proceeded to put peppers on my sandwhich
