The chicken looks, tastes, and feels like it's been sitting since they opened. The fries are cold and soggy, and they forgot our mashed potatoes (6.49 for a large) The only thing was tasted fresh was the biscuits. Won't be back.
Trash trash trash trash trash everything i will never again use this trash service they make it impossible to get anold of people from there and almost 2 damn hrs later still no food or contact i will contest with my bank and get my money back this app or whatever yelp is plain out is trash and isnt going to make it
I wanted chicken the other night and I made a big mistake in stopping into the Dover restaurant! 930 pm large piles of chicken sitting in the holding area that should have been my clue to leave. Two young managers that actually acknowledged themselves weren't in charge of the building but sort of working instead of supervisors of their high school students whom just couldn't be reliable or mature because the counters would not be cluttered unclean and the store would be cluttered with all sorts of things but the most troubling was the over flowing trash. My family size dinner absolutely cold biscuits not done cold no butter side of potatoes missing silly clerk didn't remember to put in bag! Avoid this shxx hole location run by unprofessional management it's surely the worst run franchise in Delaware...nevertheless I will never return it was a 33 dollar loss of good money. It's the absolute truth of how disgusting this restaurant is!
Avoid this place. I ordered online because of an injury, and I am livid. I am missing tenders and BOTH of my large sides. They threw tender CRUMBS in the box to make up for the missing tenders. I called SEVERAL times after receiving my order but nobody answered. This is not enough food to feed all of us and whomever processed our order knows that. I didn't even receive a phone call about any items in my order. There was absolutely no care at this organization. They haven't even opened up the lobby for customers yet. Pure laziness if you ask us in these reviews. I would've liked to known if my order wasn't going to be accurate. Now I'm out of patience, injured and hungry kids.
I like Popeyes and the food is good, but they just need to work on their customer service skills. They're not rude, but professionalism could be better.
