Dunkin' Donuts - Douglasville

One of our favorite spots to stop at. We love Dunkin donuts unfortunately this Location stays congested because a traffic, But doesn't stop Us from coming here. Overall we've always had pretty good service.

Came in here for a special order of donuts. Instead of telling me no or getting upset, Darius went in the back and made me a half dozen of my favorite donuts, chocolate glazed with raspberry filling! Spoke with manager and another employee while I was standing there, great people, and while I was there many staple customers came to drive up window and inside. Everyone knew each other and all the customers had nothing but good things to say about each other. A female customer at the drive thru even brought all the employees a rose, each. Place is clean and employees are professional and efficient. Thanks for my favorite donuts, Darius!

I only have donuts from them twice. Every time every donut from a dozen was stale, I tried again a year later, the same happened. I don't understand. When I asked the girl how old the donuts where, she insisted that every donut is freshly baked daily. But that could not be, but maybe they have better in the last year and half. But I don't want to try her anymore.
