Burger King - Douglasville

I ordered an impossible whopper and it was under cooked.. when I showed them and asked for a fully cooked one the manager laughed at me and gave me a burnt patty to replace the undercooked one. Horrible

Food always fresh, staff is polite but they made them whooper burgers and fries smaller and the drinks cups got smaller. I know it’s not them employees fault but definitely corporate

There was so much salt. On the French fry. It was burning my lips, it tasted like the ocean. And when I called to tell the manager that he rudely hung up on me. That manager on this Saturday night was a nightmare.

No matter when we came, what day or time, the service was consistently good and the food correct. Over the course of two months, my wife and I came for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never had a problem even during high customer times. Good service is rare and this location makes it a priority regardless of being very busy.The lobby is clean and the crew works like a well oiled machine. Definitely a recommended location!
