Lesters Deli Express P.e.t. Us Terminal(restricted Access)

If I can rate 0 I would. Don’t come here!!! I came to this place looking for breakfast before my flight and the man at the counter told me a egg and cheese sandwich would be $10, I grabbed a drink and some chips and somehow my total jumped to $32. I asked the man to repeat the pricing and he looked at the screen and confirmed $10 for the sandwich. The man at the counter started asking me to pay cash since I’m American and told me he would get me $5 off if I gave him cash. I told him no I wanted to pay with card and when I asked for my receipt he ignored me. So I grabbed my own receipt and saw he had charged me $19 for the sandwich. I requested a refund and the manager got involved and came in to try to process my card. The man at the counter proceeded to say to his manager that I was lying and making a show. She confronted him and told him to go to the back room and he continued to say that I was just trying to make a show. I obviously got upset and yelled back at him. Got late to board my flight with no food and no refund on my card. They gave me Canadian cash which is useless to me since I am going back to the U.S. Horrible experience. Save your money and spend it at the Starbucks around the corner. Clearly this place doesn’t have a line for a reason.

Awful. Just had a sandwich while waiting for my flight to DC. I ordered a smoked meat sandwich $16.99 and a diet coke $3.29. the only employee asked me , if I wanted it hot. What an absurd question, who orders a cold smoked meat. Then asked me for $25. I asked him if a diet coke is $8. I asked for a receipt and the amount was $22.16. he said he was saving me some money. The airport should investigate this behavior. This is not a street market in Paris or Istanbul. The sandwich was a plastic bag of meat cut open and placed on rye bread. The water content of the heated bag made the bread soggy.The bread was the smallest rye bread I ever had. Each slice was not more than 3 and half inches in diameter. Never ever again will I have anything at Lester's airport deli. I have had Lester's in Montreal many times and it's always good. However this location never again.

Had a nice experience at this restaurant while I waited . Flew a couples times from this airport . Where’s chef mike ? Was looking for him .

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would ... I aqaordered the ham and cheese sandwich, which was supposed to have lettuce and swiss cheese... it had ham and mayo only. It was like $15! The fries was $6 and barely covered the bottom of the container, and were overdone, quite brown. I mentioned these things to the attendant and he said the sandwich came from the company that way, and that is the portion size... any issue I had, he had no apology, but some excuse... thefood was terrible!! Bread stale, fries over done, he refused to heat my sandwich was damn near frozen. The attendant was pretty unprofessional ... I only suffered through this ordeal because the place was right next to my gate and boarding was in 15 mins. If I had time I would have just cut my losses and gone elsewhere.
