Mcalister's Deli - Doral

The food here is phenomenal! If it is your first time, make sure to order the original Club OR The New Yorker. Unfortunately, I have to give this facility 3 stars because the staff here makes it very unpleasant for the cartridges. There are 5-6 people who surround the cash register while they don't want to help, and to make things worse, they curse each other over a strange working drama. I stay forward when ordering the delivery. In any case, it is not worth sitting with such negative energy all around. Hope Management sees that?

I usually get a savannah-cut salad with either the chicken locus soup or the chicken club sandwich and an Arnold Palmer. Food is always good quality, good portions and great prices. Not only is the food good, but I feel like it's hard to find big customer service in Miami and these guys have it! They always offer to bring things to our table, as if I bring my dog and make the overall mood very cool and pleasant.

I was in other places and the food was great with better service about it. This doral location is a disappointment. The bread was burned and the sandwich itself cold. The service was bad. There is no attention to the tables after eating (no refill offers or requests if something is missing). I went to the checkout and was ignored (even after I got the attention of an employee). I stood there for about 10 minutes while they joked and pulled into what seemingly inefficient and useless circles. There are too many ways in this area to ever come back. That was my last time.

At the first visit of this place. Did not really know what to order, so I went from the favorites on the menu. The one who stood out for me was the Jalepeno-Turkey. I ordered this and had her potato salad. I can only say that the sandwich was very good and the potato salad. It was delicious and had this spicy bite that added everything else. The interior was beautiful and clean. The people behind the counter were friendly and attentive. You can bet I'm back!

Service was great. There was a big line (it was lunch time) but they work on it and it move really fast. Food was great order a salad and sandwich and it was really good. Will go back again.
