Dairy Queen - Donegal Township

Ordered a a.1 signature burger combo with a Pepsi an got a deluxe with a mountain dew and used a coupon that the guy I think didn't even scan because I watch him rip it up an throw away an didn't give me my receipt for my order unlike the other dQs.Just make sure before u leave to check your orders because they have very poor work ethic at the Donegal dairy queen.would ofgave a good review if they didn't mess my meal up

Great location but we laugh at the fact that pricing is a little different every time. Today I decided to bring it up and was yelled at by the drive through order taker. Granted she must deal with a huge volume of tired skiers on a February weekend so Ijust paid the $1 extra and let it go! Great blizzards regardless as an after ski treat.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The drive-thru is quite efficient, although at times we may have to pull around and wait for our food. However, I don't mind as it means they are cooking a fresh burger for me. Now I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Wow!

Due to a shortage of staff, this restaurant only has a drive-through option available. The ice cream was quite soft, and unfortunately, they ran out of orange creamsicle dip.

Hello! I was not very happy with our experience at this restaurant. My husband and I both ordered the chicken strip basket with fries. However, when we opened our boxes, we found that there were only a few fries and no bread as shown in the picture. I love the DQ ranch dressing, so I asked for two cups. Unfortunately, the cups were small and we were charged an extra $0.50 for each cup. What disappointed me the most was that the cups were only filled halfway, so I feel like we should have only been charged $0.25. I understand that Dairy Queen can be expensive, but you usually get what you pay for. In this case, we did not receive what we paid for.
