For lunch, I went to this Shawarma guys branch. The branch is located within the KFUPM mall. I ordered the regular Arabic plate shawarma, which came with regular fries, garlic sauce, and tomato ketchup. The flavor of the shawarma was bland, and it tasted like eating fried chicken wrapped in a tortilla. The fries were tasty and hot, and the quantity size was generous. At this branch, there is just one counter available to take orders. The staff is competent and speaks and understands both Arabic and English. This branch accepts both credit cards and cash payments. A large dining area is available in the center of the mall. To access the premises of this mall facemask is required along with immune status on Tawakkalna application. The store is following all the guidelines as described by the ministry of the health ministry with social distancing markers and sanitizing the stations.

Given the price hike the quantity definitely needs to be more but taste is fairly okay. But definitely can improve even more. I think they should switch back to their old chicken shawarma recipe as I really loved it. The garlic cream is too sour and overwhelming. But overall a really nice restaurant.
