Bidrage med feedbackSo slow. And the staff is so rude. I don’t know what happened to this location. So disappointing. They ignore you at the mobile window now that they have it.
I've been going to this location for years. They stopped allowing indoor service, drive up only, and the consistency and quality of the drinks plummeted. Mocha Frappuccino didn't have coffee in it, was mostly chocolate, and was drenched with chocolate drizzle. No milk no coffee? And it was totally liquid when I received it. The wait to get drinks is terribly long. And all of it seems so unnecessary. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks all over the country. This is by far the worst. To the point where I'm not coming back.
Edit: new mobile order window is a great idea. Ordered, got to the window 10 minutes later, stood in line for 20 MINUTES while the people inside had conversations. There could have been a lot of mobile orders but nothing was on yhe counter waiting, 3 cars in the drive through, but a good amount of people inside (workers). Wish this place had good management to teach time skills and customer satisfaction. This place is a mess and takes way too long. They will mark your oder is done (probably to keep their times down for corporate) but won't actually be done or even working on them. Get it together starbucks! The guy working the drive through during the day times moves slower than a turtle. Hes always talking to coworkers while your sitting at the window and can literally see your own drink there. He needs to be trained like Liz (girl working the drive through in the mornings), she is fast, efficient, remembers customers, and makes for an overall great experience. If you're going during the day, expect to sit in the drivethrough for 20+ minutes waiting for the guy to hand you your drink!
I 've frequented this Starbucks since it opened. Initially I used the drive thru until that started taking forever. Then I began using the mobile app and picking up my drink inside. Very rarely was my drink not ready or nearly ready when I arrived. Since they remodeled the wait time at the mobile pick up window has been ridiculous. And they 'll let your drink just sit on the counter inside and not announce your drink is ready. While I prefer to spend my money in the City whenever possible, my time is too valuable and my patience is too short to continue to patronize this location.
This location used to do order right way and followed simple instructions but now with the new recent employees, they don't follow mobile order anymore. I've been going there for years and i know easily if theres an ingredient missing! Manager, please have the new employees follow the order instructions. I understand it gets busy and some people never tips but they are paying for their order and they are not getting their rightful amount. Not talking about any big crazy order, just talking about simple order with a few shots of this and that on the drink/frappes. A customer can easily ask them to make another but for a missing espresso shot or a shot of syrup would make the barista do the whole order again and that takes time for everybody. Its kind of ridiculous to ask them for a simple thing they could have put it on in the first place. Thanks and stay blessed.
