Always never delivers disappointed. Pizza is always hot and fresh. I have the Greek salad with grilled shrinkage and the chicken pack. Delicious! The caught butter sauce is the best.

My first time at Rotolo?s. I?ve been working in this area for the last few weeks. I went to this location once and had a great experience and I have went several times after due to my experience. The food has been great every time, the customer service has been great bye the waitress ?Kate I believe?. The location appeared to be clean the food has good presentation. The waitress remembered our whole crews drinks every time we went. I would return to this location.. I do not give many 5 stars go check all of my post. Y?all earned it.

Always great food and service here. Hardly ever jam packed so seating is always available. I always come back here when i am in NOLA. They have TVs so you can catch a sports game while you eat.

I'll go to this place for lunch at least once a week. The girls know me and I usually don't need a menu. I always sit at the bar or at the high table in the bar area. I always enjoy when I go and usually tip $5.00 to $7.00 to check $15, but today ,6/30/2022, was the worst experience I ever had at Rotolos and one of the worst experiences ever. First, when I came in, I didn't recognize any of the girls working. The waitress at the bar was the problem for me. When I gave her my order, I sat and watched her, she barely left the register/computer. I think she took online orders to go, but totally ignored me as a customer. I really didn't think too much of it until my food was ready, she put it on the bar and told me that was mine. I had to get up from my chair to pick up my food from the bar...when she didn't bring me any utensils or napkins or asked if I needed a refill on my drink. I ate and sat there and watched her, she prepared to go and told her farewell to the other girls and went. I had to ask another waitress who was very sweet to bring me my check and bring me some napkins and fill my tea again. I just left a $3.00 tip, probably more than I would have given the service I received today. But I'm not an idiot. I just hope the girl who brought me my check gave me napkins and refilled my drink for me gets the tip. $3.00 is 20%. I waited tables, I know how it is. Where are you MEAGAN WILLIAMS?!!!
