6.99 for TWO WINGS is insane. I called My order in and when I picked up my order I noticed I was being charged $6.99 for TWO wings.. no sides, no drink. The girl and the register looked at me like she didn’t understand why I questioned It. A great customer service person would have stated pricing for adding a fries or a better deal. Instead, she continued to watch something on her phone with her AirPod in her ear. The customer service is below the basement at this point. Yall have to do better with customers.

The food was nasty. Reviews before made me want to try it and I feel bamboozled because this cannot be the same place or food items. It was absolutely just flavorless. I got the 6pc nugget basket for $7.99 and a sweet tea the only thing I finished was the drink. Wait for your food in the car during the summer, they have a little floor fan but it’s doing nothing in this Texas heat. The cashier was just the only person there. So he took my order and cooked the food. Grease may need to be changed or something. It just did not give what I was expecting. Parking: Plenty of parking spots.

Horrible. I placed a phone order for shrimp catfish. A few of the reviews stated the catfish was the best thing on the menu but that was not the truth. I specifically asked that they please ensure the food was seasoned well. They promised it would be but when I picked up my order and returned home, the food had no taste. Total waste of time and money.

Fish fried good but not good seasoning, greens not good, and the sauce for the fish is very salty. Tried to support and I did but not my not the place for me.

The food did not disappoint. We got the fried catfish plate with the greens and candied yams. Greens had to be some of the best greens I’ve had in a while. So as far as the food, definitely YES.Now let’s talk about the other factors. The lady at the register is not very welcoming. We were in the middle of the work day and wanted to hurry and eat our food inside with the chairs and ledge/table set up. She told us no, she didn’t want flies inside. Also, we asked for plastic silverware. She gave us two forks that were still greasy… she clearly just rinsed off and handed to us still wet!!As crazy as it sounds, I would still order food from here, just wouldn’t ask for plastic silverware. Or at least make sure I don't ask that lady especially when I’ve seen cleaner silverware at a buffet during Covid.
