Jimmy's Corner Cafe - Des Moines

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday hoping to try the vegan pho, but unfortunately they only serve it on Fridays. I ended up trying the fried vermicelli instead, and it was delicious! Make sure to plan your visit accordingly if you have your heart set on the vegan pho.
