Omg that is an amazing little bar, so it is a bit hidden in the camino and part of camino. but so a nice little place with very personal we had 1-Panel con tomato it was like few roasted brot piece with fresh tomato 1-escalivada aubergine with pfeffer and wobbly on charcoal grilled 2x diazzabal cheese cheese smoked cheese with walnut 1x payoyo cheese
Tapas is one of my favorite foods, and this menu was probably the best I tasted in london. in a cozy, traditional Spanish environment, on a sunny afternoon you feel like in barcelona. as the office people sneak away quickly after their post-work, the evening was relaxing, absolutely delicioso, and all the more pleasant for our special LWW treatment!
... bar pepito in the Queen's Cross has opened. it is a debut of the popular Spanish restaurants camino, but even more hardcore. I use the word hardcore' because bar pepito is all about sherry. Unfortunately, we still tend to consider sherry as something related to older females to christmas of bottles that have collected dust since the previous year, not as an invigorating pick-up after a hard day at work.
Bar Pepito has sherry flights. SHERRY FLIGHTS, people. A small Andalusian bar across the courtyard from related Spanish restaurant, Camino, Pepito is fun, it's friendly and it's teeny weeny. Cram around a wine barrel with your mates and slug back delicious dry, nutty sherries, with a side of hand carved, creamy jamon, a selection of cheeses or some piggy chorizo. And it's all reasonably priced. I've been a few times now and I love it every time. It's rare that I don't leave singing. And I'm not alone Pepito won Time Out's Best New Bar in 2010.
