Einstein Bros. Bagels - Denver

Placed an order in the morning for a meeting I was hosting. Had the best service. They were ready when I got there, as ordered. Employee helped me walk and load them into my car. Had all the cups and utensils needed. Really above and beyond! Also, lost my receipt and their contact request form online was super quick to respond and provide me with an extra copy of the receipt.

If you need a quick bite, this will do. Staff was friendly.

I literally just almost choked to death on an eggshell. After peeling apart my sandwich, I found eggshells scattered throughout it. These aren't small bits that accidentally fell in; this seems intentional and I believe it was racially motivated. Please observe the size of the eggshells; they're on both sides of the sandwich. I'm currently seeking legal counsel because this is entirely unacceptable! Would not recommend this place.

Dear... lord...Why did I get a strawberry tub. Why are my orders always absolutely mishandled, misread, miseverything from Einstein bagel.I love the company but the staff are not morning people. I had the simplest of orders, always do, and they are always somehow completely messed up.Congrats on once again misreading the simplest of requests
