The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and exhibit a very poor attitude. When we visited, we ordered a Subway sandwich and a protein bowl, and the employee taking our order had a distinctly arrogant demeanor. She spoke to us in a very rude manner, and despite it being only 10 AM, she acted as if she had already endured a long and exhausting day. If she doesn't enjoy her job, she shouldn't come to work and ruin the experience for others.
I ordered two personal pizzas and requested ham and real mozzarella cheese, and I was informed that there would be an extra charge. I accepted that, but I was surprised to see an additional charge for a 6-inch sub. I assumed the extra cost was just for the added meat and cheese. I paid it because, first, we were hungry, and second, the employee had mentioned the extra charge. So, be cautious when ordering here; their pricing seems inconsistent compared to other Subway locations.
As a pregnant disabled veteran who had just driven 15 hours for my grandfather's funeral, I didn’t expect to face such inconvenience when trying to grab something to eat. Customer service and satisfaction should always be priorities, regardless of the circumstances. I really regret purchasing something I couldn't enjoy. I sincerely hope the manager addresses this situation with that staff member.
