We ordered cutlery, but only one fork was sent. Please now that when simeoneorders twilarfe fries gravy, and chicken, they will likely require nore thanone set of cutlery ,

Really disappointed that the chicken was sooo greasy and soggy. The skin wasn apos;t crispy nor was it 14 Piece Hot Spicy Bucket spicy based on what we ordered. Gravy is super thin these days and came 3/4 full. Disappointing for sure. Especially when you spend $71. Also the zero delivery is not true if you get any other offer. We qualified for a $5 off but they charged us $3.99 delivery ?!?

The poutine only had 3 cheese curds, half the usual amount of fries, and not enough gravy. While the sandwiches were delicious, the poutine was disappointing.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have never encountered any issues.

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and once again they forgot to include the gravy, which is the best part. The gravy costs an additional $10 and it really adds to the dish.
