Someone came in and stole my pick-up order. The employee should ask the customer for their online order before giving it to the customer.

If they are from ny, this is the closest to ny chinese that I have found so far.

Five stars for a Dunkin? Seriously? In this case yes. During COVID 19 employees were masked courteous efficient. We ordered a bagel egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese English muffin. Both were hot and the bread was the right texture. (Muffin was soft bagel tasted fresh not overly chewy) So far this sounds normal for a Dunkin Why the five stars? Employees were focused on the customers instead of talking amongst themselves. Orders were prepared promptly. And the condiment area was fully stocked. All the sweeteners salt, pepper, ketchup packets and even mayo. Usually I have to ask for pepper and frequently I'm told they don't have any. Kudos to this Dunkin for an all around good experience.

They were out of a lot of things, but overall my drink was still good even though it wasn't my first choice.

I enjoy stopping by for breakfast to grab an affordable breakfast sandwich and a refreshing orange juice. I often treat myself to either a donut or a box of Munchkins. The staff is always welcoming, and I appreciate that they offer fresh donuts in boxes. The location is consistently clean and has ample parking, making it convenient. It’s a great spot for the whole family, and the kids especially love coming here.
