El Pueblo Mexican Food Del Mar

The Carne Asada Burrito was delicious and the Cheese Enchiladas (2) were pretty basic. I also ordered the Rice (8 oz) which was very bland and some add ons of 2 orders of beans and an order of fries which were missing from my order. I sent my husband to pick up our dinner and the gentleman told him everything was in the bag.

$17 for the smallest Chile Relleno Plate Ive ever received. Maybe about half of whats shown in the picture. Guacomole is missing from my Fajitas Burrito. They also forgot to include the salsa.

Stopped here to meet friends before they go to the del mar race track. cool place, great location near track, nice mood, good eating / service salsa bar. I had frogs (delicious) and my friends had tacos and afteros. bar adds to the ambiente when my friends enjoyed some margaritas and I had some horchata. sat outside on the terrace and only part is the seating are like high chairs for adults. it can easily challenge for the vertically impaired or almost older people (I am on both konten. lol.

8 employees standing around doing nothing and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The staff was on their phones texting and looking around while I waited for someone to offer to take my order. Poor management.
