Pizza Ranch - Decorah

We ordered ranch cheese sticks but got NO sauce even though on the menu it says we do. Very disappointed.

The food was great. I love the salads they were tasty and fresh. Hot food was hot and the restaurant was clean. I hate country music. Reason for not 5 stars for atmosphere.

I’m sorry but fix your signs at your Decorah location. Lisa was very clear her signs are not correct as children are not allowed to serve themselves the signs say children should be accompanied but an adult and they were. However she then proceeded to motion they are helping themselves so I clarified with her that do I need I need to serve my 9 and 7 year old. Fix the signs so parents know what to expect. I won’t be back at this one and we eat at a ton of them.

Under cooked pizza, off the two slices sitting on the buffet. Hotter than hell in here. Whiney, loud, old country music blaring the whole time. All at 5:15 on a Saturday. This place sucks. It wouldn’t let me give it a zero star.

Open on holidays is greatly appreciated by this non-cook. The food on the salad bar is crisp and fresh with a wide selection. The chicken is hot and the best I have ever had. I love the mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn. Staff is excellent.
