Pizza Hut - Decatur

Ordered a fine pfeffer chocolate and when we opened it had olives and mushrooms on it. called to see what they could do. the dame said: "best i can do is make a new or add credit to your account". I asked her to ask her to remake it for us, and she said hug and told me to stop. she was rude and pretended to be my fault. She never offered us anything else.

This pizza ? place is fire ? I will be back... The works are very nice.The food is perfect taste great.The kids like pizza hut more then others.

Delivers food 2 hours late and refuses to make it right the second time. Delivery driver doesn't carry change so didn't get change back for cold food. This pizza hut will close soon, I'm sure.

My order was not even warm, the Alfredo had no lid on it and the lid of the box was smashed on it and the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. The cheese sticks were burnt and cold. The pizzas were cold also. I have never had an order this bad. Would have called back yesterday but I was very busy at work. It was not worth the money. Will be very hesitant to order again anytime soon.

Breadsticks were cold by the time they gor home because they were put in a paper like bag and not a box. Requested a box but only got a sack. They were so greasy that they would have stained the seats. Not sure why, when we got 3 orders of breadsticks and the temperature is 25 degrees out, that they were not put in a box as requested.
