Kfc - Decatur

Ridiculously small pieces of chicken especially considering the price. No extra pieces to account for the size or anything!I was told that this is what they are sent, and all of the pieces are small. I spent $30+tax for 10 pieces of fun-size chicken, 3 large sides, and a beverage bucket. Hopefully, we can fill up on the sides.

Been a while since I've been to KFC. It would seem that some things have had a big change. Sides are smaller. I had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on the mashed potatoes, not even enough for the small amount of potatoes. Chicken fingers not crispy. And the biscuits aren't much bigger than a silver dollar. The restrooms was disgusting. And the toilet set broken. My 5 yr old refused to use it. Said he'd wait. Won't return here.

Great fresh food. The young lady in the window was super nice.

I enjoy KFC, just not this special KFC. The opinion that I have formed from my personal orders and many Doordash orders (I deliver for DD) is that this KFC will probably make every order a headache. In my experience expect to cook: waiting for food, items not available or lacking, unexpected early closing, completely false orders, rude or unprofessional employees do not seem ready to provide basic, simple customer service. Silverware, straws or a few napkins trigger? line-finishness. Disclaimer: I try to avoid this KFC, so can I hope that my assessment is no longer the norm, but the rare exception. I'd like to have a banging KFC near me, who knocked off my socks regularly, and maybe at some point this will be the case.
