J. Alexander's - Redlands Grill - Dayton

I took my girlfriend to redlands grill, from Alexander's for a chic date, and we were blown away. the atmosphere was just right for a romantic evening outside: laboriously illuminated and quiet, with a relaxing background of soft jazz music. the decoration was beautiful – the walls were painted all the shades of red, from pale, bluish pink to deep fairies. they had candles on every table and the room smells like fresh flowers. we started with the chips and queso, which was amazing! it was a lot of fun to share with my date and it really put the ton for an evening full of good food and good entertainment. for our escape we both ordered steak – she has steak. it was perfectly cooked: delicate and juicy with a beautiful seaman on the outside. I ordered her steak burger, which I found really interesting because it wasn't something I saw on other menus before. we have both agreed it was delicious, but if you are looking for something that 's classicsteak like, we recommend going for one of their actual steak entrees! the staff was also with everything on the spot! our waiter was very friendly and had some great talks with us! mr. burns

I love this place absolutely. it's ours when we have a date at night. the steak maui is my favorite. the deviled eggs and carrot cake are an additional bonus. I have been in the industry for 15 years and this place meets every time the place.

We finally found our steakhouse. the atmosphere is great. even if the dining room is full, the noise is still on a minimum. the NY stripe has a fabulous smoked taste, the main rib is so delicate, and the servier sizes of the side and steaks allow 2 meals. I have heard that this place is expensive, but I do not think that with the amount of food and quality.

We sat in the bar area and our service was immaculate. I had the most informed and prepared waiters in months. the thai margarita and the teufelseier are both phenomenal! the fried chicken stall is a must. the ny strip was so, but the mac n cheese really formed for it.

The food and the service here have always been here unmatched in the Miami Valley. The only thing different about this evening was that our son decided to join us. I was looking forward to this meal so much that I almost forgot to take any pictures! Our server was off the charts awesome this evening as well. I can’t wait to go back! Happy Birthday Linda..
