Osaka Steak Sushi - Dawsonville

The food was overly salty, from the soup to the rice, and the random EDM music was loud and quite bothersome. While the staff was friendly, they seemed to be just standing around in the lobby, which didn't come across as very professional.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and many people enjoy the spicy chicken yakisoba. It's wonderful to support a local business in Dawsonville!

As for the interior decor, I'd rate it a solid 6/10—it's your typical Asian theme, but it felt a bit outdated and not very well-lit. The restrooms were clean during my visit, which was a plus. For my meal, I opted for the sushi instead of the hibachi, and I was really impressed. I’d give it a 9/10 for both freshness and flavor. However, the gyoza was a letdown. Although they advertised it as fried, it came out deep-fried to a crisp, rather than being pan-seared. The sauce it was served in made it quite mushy. I would recommend switching from deep-frying to steaming or pan-searing the gyoza. Despite this, I would definitely return to try their hibachi!

Great place for sushi! Me and my gf have been there 4 times and the service has been excellent and the food is always good.

To go orders is a joke. Said ready in 20 min showed up on time to wait another 30. Rude service also. Food order was incorrect and poor quality.
